Fly A Way Farm is a family owned and operated choose and cut live Christmas Tree farm just southeast of Delaware, Ohio. The property was purchased in 1975 by Doctor Dave Davis a local dentist, and his wife Marti Davis a nurse at the local hospital. In 1986 Dave, Marti, their daughter Vicki and son Tod planted their first pine tree seedlings, the roots of Fly A Way Farm had been planted. Six years later they opened for their first Christmas season and have been a tradition for families ever since!

Fly A Way Farm began as crop land. During the 1930’s the middle of the farm was used as a private aviation landing strip. Dave, as well as the farm’s previous owner, were avid pilots and continued to use the landing strip for many decades. Nowadays the landing strip acts as the main runway for the farm’s tractor drawn hayrides. Fly A Way Farm is one of the few Christmas Tree farms in the Northern Columbus area where families create and continue traditions of the holiday season.
